Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement and permitted under applicable law, Biller does not itself provide payment services, issue payment instruments or electronic money, process or execute payment transactions, acquire payment transactions, provide banking or deposit-taking services, hold, safeguard or control client funds, operate client payment accounts, provide custody services, or provide regulated investment, credit or financial services.
